Our summer prices include electricity and a generous rebate over the two week Christmas period, if you leave for at least 7 days. The weekly rates are: Old Flat $140.00 and $165.00 in the newer ones.Tenancy can commence from November 13th and must finish by 23rd February. Very suitable for students, from other universities, working in the CBD over summer as we are 2 minutes walk from the Terrace. We do our best to organise compatible flat mates.
