Everton Hall fees

Rent must be paid in advance in one of three ways:

  1. For the whole year residence period (38 weeks) in one amount by the due date. (3% discount)
  2. For one trimester (19 weeks) in one amount by the due date (1.5% discount)
  3. Fortnightly in advance by automatic bank payment, or direct credit, to the Hall bank account.

Fee Requirements

  1. The first rent payment, of your residence period, is payable with your acceptance fee.
  2. Payments may be paid by cheque, EFTPOS, credit card or cash (NZ $ only) at the Hall office.
  3. If you are paying by the fortnightly method, you need to set up an Automatic Payment or Direct Debit arrangement with your bank.
  4. Payments must be made by the due date. There is a compounding penalty fee of $10.00 per week for rent not paid on time. This fee may be waived if you have contacted Hall management in advance.
  5. Credit card payments are only acceptable for deposits, initial payment or the bulk payments of whole trimester fees in advance. A 2.5% bank credit card fee per transaction applies.
  6. International students are required to pay the balance for the whole period of their residence, or at least one trimester, in advance.
